Everything starts with the core material. This journey begins with high-purity silica sand, which is melted at extreme temperatures to form glass, which is then extruded into fine filaments, much thinner than a human hair. These filaments are twisted together to create strong, flexible fiberglass yarn. This yarn is then brought to our weaving department, where hundreds of modern, high-speed looms work in unison. They meticulously interlace the fiberglass yarns into vast, continuous rolls of dense, uniform fiberglass cloth.

Before sewing, the cut pieces of fabric, as well as the flat materials for pouches and boxes, are sent to our dedicated, in-house printing department. This ensures the seams won’t burn or melt. The high-visibility pull tabs are securely stitched and reinforced, and the blanket is carefully folded to guarantee a smooth, snag-free deployment.

We then use high-frequency welding (a process that uses electromagnetic energy to fuse plastic materials like PVC together, creating a perfect, seamless bond) or industrial heat-sealing machines to create a strong, durable, and tamper-evident seal.
